Biography

Matt Kalicky (born March 20, 1991 to Kimberley and Francis Kalicky in Portland, Maine, U.S.A.) is an independent recording artist. He is best known for his (sometimes) metaphorical lyrics that criticize substance abuse and organized religion. Kalicky has played in bands local to Maine such as The Jammer Men, Tinfoil, Johnny Jive and the Uptown Five, Tempuscidal, Jambalaya, and The Space After. He has released one solo project titled "In My Rage" which features Bethany Bragdon, David Lyden, John Clarke, Matt Savage, Liz Brown, and Ben Kalicky. He is currently working on his second project called "Drink & Dry" set to be released in 2010.
