Influences

My never ending search for great music has led to me find many influential artists from all over the world. My passion and love for music has partly come from these people.

Ólafur Arnalds: Once a hardcore metal drummer, Arnalds is an inspiring multi-instrumentalist, producer, and composer from Iceland.

Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel De Homem-Christo: The founding members of the French house music duo, Daft Punk.

Kevin Billingslea, Aaron Caple, Jack Stolz and Jared Wilbur: Members of the post-punk rock band Too Late The Hero from Berwick, Maine right near my hometown. My band was lucky enough to open for them at a show in Auburn, Maine in 2009.

Brandon Boyd: The lead vocalist of the American rock band Incubus.

Mike Busse and Brandon Lee: Members of the hip-hop/rock band Chronic Future from Scottsdale, Arizona.

Stefani Germanotta: Better known as Lady GaGa, Germanotta's pop debut album, The Fame, went number one in four countries.

Ben Gibbard: The front man of the band Death Cab For Cutie and one of my favorite songwriters.

John Frusciante: The most active guitarist of the band Red Hot Chili Peppers and my favorite guitar player of all time.

Joey Hagan, David Lyden, Dominic Sbrega and Tim Woods: Kids from my hometown that I've been lucky enough to make music with, learn from, and be friends with. They've played with me in bands and also do solo work of their own.

Russell Lissack and Matt Tong: Members of the English indie rock band Bloc Party.

Scott Mescudi: Better known as Kid Cudi, Mescudi is an American rapper and singer.

Trent Reznor: An American singer-songwriter, producer, and multi-instrumentalist. He is the founder of the industrial rock project Nine Inch Nails and one of my favorite songwriters.

Corey Taylor: The frontmen of both heavy metal band Slipknot and hard rock band Stone Sour.

Brain Warner: Better known as Marilyn Manson, Warner is best known for his controversial stage persona.

Pete Yorn: An American singer-songwriter and guitarist.
